
Bio/Description
Andrea Menclova (nee Kutinova) is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. She teaches Health Economics and Public Finance and her main areas of research interest are the economics of childbearing and the socio-economic determinants of health outcomes in New Zealand. In her most recent work, she focuses on the impacts of natural disasters, such as earthquakes, on maternal and infant health. Andrea holds an MA and a PhD from the University of New Hampshire.
