Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has announced several policy proposals related to health care over the past few months, including allowing people 55 and older to "buy into" Medicare, allowing families to purchase health insurance on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) exchanges regardless of immigration status, and increasing incentives for additional states to expand Medicaid under the ACA.  In an article by NJ Advance Media, Heather Howard and Uwe Reinhardt discuss these policy proposals, their likelihood of passage in a potential Clinton administration, and the impact that they could have on New Jersey.
